So, lets say that you were awesome, and you lived in Las Vegas. You would probably go to Jay-Z's club, 40/40, right? Right. Before this, I couldn't even imagine what kind of things would go on in the back room of such a stylish club, but now, we know. President Carter is No More

Jay-Z, otherwise known as Shawn Carter, stepped down from his position as the president of Def Jam records. Jay-Z had this to say:

“Now it’s time for me to take on new challenges. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to build upon the Def Jam legacy.”

You may be asking yourself, "What will Jay-Z do with all his free time now?" Well, he is a part owner of the New Jersey Nets, and his girlfriend is Beyonce. That should keep him busy.

MTV vs. MIA

M.I.A. released a video for her song, "Paper Planes" and some controversy has risen. MTV's edited version of the video edited out the gunshots from the background that you would normally hear during the chorus. CBS edited out the sounds when she performed on Letterman awhile ago. But anyways, here is the video, gunshots and all.
